Today the Group has grown into one of the foremost suppliers of fine wines throughout the UK with a formidable reputation for service, reliability and quality. The shop is open for off-the-shelf purchases and collection of items ordered online. Not all items are available to collect - please phone prior to visting to check on availability. The shop is open:

Monday to Friday : 9.00am to 5.30pm

Saturday : 9.30am to 2.00pm

Sunday, Bank Holidays : Closed

Making A Purchase

Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Amex cards. Due to the nature of our products we reserve the right to substitute itmes for the next available vintage. All items are offered subject to availabilty. Whilst we carry a massive range of stock placing an order does not guarantee the item is available. You will be notified of any out of stock items.

By placing an order with us you confirm you are of minimum legal age to purchase alcohol as set out by local legislation. We reserves the right not to supply alcohol to anyone who is, or we believe to be, not of mimimum age to purchase or consume alcohol.

Shipping And Handling

All goods are despatched Mainland UK only Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries currently not available.

Delivery is normally 5 working days from time of order. Personalised wine labels, accessories may take up to10 working days. Please allow extra time during the busy Christmas period. If we are unable to deliver within 30 days of receipt of your order we will offer a replacement item with your approval or agree to cancel the order at your convenience.

All deliveries must be signed for unless you request items to be left unsigned when completing the transaction. Items left unsigned are at your own risk. Fizz Gifts and our delivery agents cannot accept any resposibility for loss or damages without a signature.

In the rare event of a breakage or damage to the box please note the delivery ticket accordingly and inform us immediately. Our delivery agents will not inform us of and breakages of losses. Please quote your order reference at all times.

Please ensure the correct address is provided and recipients are able to accept deliveries. Refused and failed deliveries will be returned back to Fizz Gifts at a cost of £14.50 payable by the sender. If no one is available to receive the goods our carrier will notify the recipient of the attempted delivery with a "Card" placed through the letter box. If the items are not claimed within 5 days they will be returned to Fizz Gifts at a cost of £14.50 payable by the sender.

upto 30kg : £28.00 (equivalent to 24 x 75cl bottle) and £10.75 per 10kg thereafter

Standard 75cl bottle weighs 1.25kg

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Returns Policy

Under the Home Shopping : Distance Selling Regulations private purchasers have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt of items if the items have not been used. This does not apply to items made to a purchasers own specification (eg: personalised labels, personalisation, own branding etc). A charge of £2.50 will be made for the non-completion or cancellation of personalised products where a proof has been created and not printed.

Cancellation of orders must be made by letter, fax or email. A phone call cancellation is not enough. It is the customers duty to take full care of all items.

Returning of items is the resonsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items and in their original packaging where appropriate. Failure to return at the customers expense (except where the items are faulty or do not comply with the contract) we will recover the items and offset the amount against any refund due. If the items are faulty or do not comply with the contract we will be liable for return charges.

Refunds for returned and cancelled orders will be made as soon as possible and within 30 days of return.
